• 30% water change
• Water testing with a log of results (test kit provided by customer)
• Cleaning all
display walls of the aquarium free of algae
• Cleaning of returns, weir box exterior and power heads
• Reef dusting and coral
arrangement
• Pest control (chemicals, traps and reef save predators provided by customer)
• Removal of salt buildup around the aquarium
including in the canopy around the sump and in the stand.
Trouble Calls
Trouble calls will be responded to within 48 hours of
the request. All information related to the call must be supplied to the technician during the phone request.Trouble calls are for
dyeing livestock, unknown problems, troubleshooting, general advice and one on one sales.
Emergency Calls
Emergency Calls will
be responded to within 4 hours of the request (may be less depending on the emergency) Emergency calls are for leaking tanks, faulty
electrical systems, or other dangerous conditions.
